, specialising in retirement planning, investments, and life insurance. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our

remote South African sales team

and are seeking motivated individuals to join us as

Client Managers

.

This is a

work-from-home sales contractor role

suited to individuals who are target-driven and motivated by commission. Sales experience is advantageous but

not essential

, as full training, scripts, systems, and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Contact warm outbound leads provided by the company (no cold calling) Engage with clients to understand their needs and objectives Qualify clients and book appointments with senior financial advisers Deliver a professional and positive client experience Accurately record interactions and outcomes in the CRM system Consistently work towards daily and monthly performance targets

Skills and Attributes Required

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Motivated, resilient, and performance-driven mindset Willingness to learn and take coaching Comfortable working in a sales and KPI-driven environment Reliable, self-disciplined, and professional when working remotely
