Job Summary:
As a Relationship Manager at WeFi International AG, you will drive the implementation and ongoing program management of WeFi's innovative channel finance solutions for our EMEA clients. You will work with the broader team including Capital Markets, Legal, Treasury, Finance and IT in the development of the particular client program and its day-to-day operations. Being a team player is key, who enjoys being hands-on in a fast-paced and fun environment. You will report to the Switzerland based Chief Operating Officer EMEA & APJ.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationships that drive satisfaction, retention, and growth
Actively participate and often lead the communication with portfolio resellers, vendors and funders for new and existing programs
Contribute to the evaluation and execution of new transactions within the portfolio
Implement and oversee a robust operational process for all program aspects - fundings, repayments, disputes, late payments, credit limit increases, etc
Have lead responsibility for compliance and credit reviews (trendcards) of new and existing program portfolios, which assesses financial performance, leverage, key risk factors, repayment sources, cash flows, management, and risk ratings
Remain current on policy, procedures, and compliance guidelines and incorporate them in the daily work of your team and your role
Complete periodic professional development training as scheduled
Required Qualifications:
University degree in economics, finance or other relevant field
Knowledge of Channel Finance
1+ years credit analysis and underwriting experience
3+ years of Programs Management experience (project KPIs, milestones, cross functional teams)
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and operational excellence in a high paste environment
Languages (fluency in English is a must, any other languages are a nice to have but not mandatory for the role)
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
