is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key Distribution Agents within the sales region.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Onboarding of new distribution agents into the Kazang regional sales teams.
Managing existing key distribution agents.
Supporting distribution agents to enable them to grow their sales bases.
Hiring/managing administrators to support the agent base.
Navigating influential persons in informal distribution businesses and onboarding them.
Feeding back agent issues and requirements to the broader business.
Requirements
Matric
5 years experience in Sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations.
Account management or business development in an FMCG or payments company.
Experience in the peri-urban/rural 'informal' economy is a plus.
Technical Competencies:
Microsoft Office
Behavioural Competencies:
High-growth mindset and self-motivated.
Strong communication skills.
Skilled in sales and negotiation at informal level as well as semi-corporate partners.
Well networked within 'informal' business environments.
