We are a Cosmetic and Healthcare company situated in Cape Town looking for a candidate with the following experience in the Healthcare and Health supplement industry. The candidate needs to have international experience in this field relating to regulations when selling new health supplements in worldwide countries.

Job description:



Regulatory Compliance:

Ensuring the company's products and operations comply with all relevant regulations within the specified country or region. Assists in the maintenance of compliance for all products with local regulations and quality system requirements. Ensuring that the company's quality system complies with relevant regulatory requirements.
Documentation:

Preparing and maintaining regulatory documentation, including applications, registrations, and reports. Labelling and Packaging - Ensuring that product labelling and packaging meet regulatory requirements. Reviews and approves new or revised product artworks in collaboration with our Company Designers. COA's need to be completed and sent with full understanding of each product.
Liaison:

Serving as the primary point of contact between the company and regulatory authorities/companies. Customs clearing and liaising with the necessary authorities to clear and provide the necessary documents for relevant orders sending or receiving in or out of various countries. Liaise between the Company, Manufacturers & Customers on the necessary formulations for each country and to make sure all are correct per that country's regulations. Check and keep up to date with all the relevant documentation relating to the Manufacturer GMP certificates & COA's.
Strategy:

Developing and implementing regulatory strategies to ensure efficient and effective compliance
Compliance Assurance:

Monitoring changes in regulations and ensuring the company's products and operations remain compliant. Quality checks and standards relating to each country.
Knowledge Sharing:

Staying updated on regulatory developments and sharing information with relevant employees/management.
Skills and Qualifications:

Relevant degree would be advantages - Bio Technology, Bio Chemistry, Micro Biology. 3+yrs related regulatory experience. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Able to work under pressure and to tight time deadlines, with effective time and organisation management. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance processes. Knowledge of consumer healthcare environment and product development. Understanding of processes and departments within a healthcare company. Proficiency in English with excellent oral and written communicator. Computer literate.

Pay: R25000,00 - R28000,00 per month
