Registration Data Capturer
Varsity College is an educational brand of The Independent Institute of Education (The IIE). The IIE enjoys the reputation of being at the forefront of private higher education in South Africa, and is registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) to provide higher education qualifications accredited by the Council on Higher Education (CHE). We are looking for suitably qualified candidates to work during our registration period . These will be contract roles for the following vacancy:
- Registration Data Capturer
- Calling leads to book interviews
- Calling students to apply
- Calling students to accept their offer letters
- Calling students that are admission approved to register
- Calling students to follow up on documents
- Data capturing (leads, interviews, applications, interest cards from schools, reports)
- Responsible for xe2x80x9clook and feelxe2x80x9d of interview rooms and reception
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must be methodical/systematic
- Experience in Word & Excel essential
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and telephone manner
- Superior organisational and administrative skills
- Best suited to a service-oriented person
- Friendly, presentable, organised and able to work well under pressure
- High Initiative
- Excellent follow up skills
- Matric or Certificate
- Diploma preferred
- A minimum of 1-2 years relevant (Reception/Admin) working experience.
- Must be computer literate (Word & Excel)
