Job Summary Duties:
Drive room sales through leisure DMC's and Travel Agents, focusing on both existing and new markets
Understand business strategies, set and review sales gaols and implement aligned action plans
Conduct daily sales calls, site visits and FAM trips to build and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure timely follow-up, professional service delivery and consistent communications with client and internal teams
Coordinate with CRM and reservations teams to align rates, proposals and operations
Maintain confidentiality and attend required meetings to support business growth
Convert enquires into bookings
Requirements:
High school Diploma
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales or Hospitality
At least 3 - 5 years' experience within luxury hotel sales with a focus on FIT & Groups Business
Established network within the travel agent & DMC community
In depth knowledge of Tanzania's tourism landscape, focussed on Serengeti & Zanzibar regions
Proven hospitality sales experience with DMC's and Travel Agents
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
Ability to create and implement strategic sales action plans
Experience with sales calls, site visits and FAM trips
Proficient in CRM systems and cross team coordination
