We're looking for a dynamic Regional People Coordinator who can think on their feet, provide exceptional support, and help drive people processes across the region



Qualifications: HR related tertiary qualification (degree, diploma or national certificate) and up to 2 years experience.



Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position



Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices inclusive of Labour Relations Act



Strong ability in using MS Office



Knowledge of Group Disciplinary Code and instore processes.



Responsibilities: Coordinate and submit payroll-related reports, including maternity and unpaid leave documentation, to the Payroll department.



Manage Injury on Duty (IOD) paperwork, retirement and death benefit forms, and serve as the liaison between stores and the Benefits Administrator.



Support employees with study loan and bursary applications by collaborating with the Reward Team, line managers, and applicants.



Ensure store compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards by tracking completed training and identifying outstanding training needs.



Promote continuous learning by monitoring usage of the company's online learning platform, tracking store induction completion rates, and analyzing recruitment statistics across the region.



Administer the absconsion process by issuing absconsion letters and confirming delivery receipts for all stores in the region.



Compile employee relations documentation from stores to facilitate disciplinary processes in consultation with the HR Business Partner, including maintaining electronic records and chairperson packs.



Act as the point of contact for Department of Labour inspections, assisting stores with required documentation during in-store visits.



Coordinate the annual Choice Awards process, including logistics and distribution.



Assist the HR Business Partner in maintaining and updating succession planning trackers for the business area.
