Mr Price Home has an exciting career opportunity for an Area Coordinator to join the Operations South Team in the Cape Town region.
The role of the Area Coordinator will be to provide a high level of administrative assistance to Area Managers, Store managers and other stakeholders. Manage and maintain accurate records, reports and databases for the area. Serves as a liaison between area management, stores and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications: Grade 12  
Experience working in a retail operations environment is essential  
Advanced computer skills is preferred (Microsoft Office)  
Ability to work accurately, with strict attention to detail  
Great communication skills  
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships  
Knowledge on internal systems  
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly pressurized environment and able to meet deadlines
Responsibilities: Operations  
 Provide daily sales figures & updates to stores  
 Compile weekly and monthly trade feedback  
 Submit projections planner to store  
 Liaise with store regarding cashbook variances or missing documentation  
 Manage customer complaints  
 Compiling various information into reports for the team such as profit and loss reports  
 People Processes  
 Payroll validation in terms of terminations, allowances, overtime etc  
 Dayforce report completed weekly and unpaid leave submitted to payroll  
 Employee relations trackers  
 Assist associates with people related queries such as sick leave, shares and annual leave etc  
 Compile report for Monthly Points  
 Track and monitor training for the region  
 Supplier Management  
 Manage repairs & maintenance for stores
