Main Purpose:
Development & Implementation of the regional lubricants business strategy in line with the Regional and global strategy to achieve the overall key objectives of the business (i.e. volumes, margins, opex, EBIDTA, capex investments, brand positioning, working capital)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing and implementing regional and country strategic business initiatives and lead the development, analysis and implementation / improvement of current/new Lubes oriented processes. This will involve managing and influencing country GM's to deliver volume, margin, cost and EBITDA targets of Lubes businesses in line with local & regional strategy plans.
2. Manage the Puma portfolio of lubricant products for the region. Responsible for the annual business review and budgeting planning process by country in the region and evaluating business introduction opportunities into new countries and markets
3. Responsible for developing a high quality Lubes competence in the organization and building quality teams to drive forward and achieve 5-year plan vision and aspirations for Lubricants.
4. Responsible for the execution of the Regional Marketing plan for the B2B, Retail and High Street Sectors. Accountability for consistent Pricing Structure for Lubricants across countries in region in line with overall strategy expectations. Creating and holding the required Marketing Budget for the region and monitoring Marketing initiatives effectiveness. In addition to be responsible for the development of Customer Value Propositions and the activation of such in all markets in a consistent manner.
5. Nurture and expand existing profitable strategic transnational customers / Distributors through effective Key Account Management (Distributor Management), supporting country management in the development of business locally and across the region for B2B, Retail and High Street. Establish management approach of customer acquisition and Customer Relationship Management and ensuring Key Account Plans and prospect pipelines have been identified and managed, focusing on customer satisfaction and Puma Energy's profitability.
6. Responsible for creating monthly Lubricants performance reports and the presentation and review this with key stake holders. Responsible that Performance, Company and Customer Lubricants related information is accurately captured in given Puma Energy systems like Navision and HFM.
