My client is in search of a Regional Financial Controller to lead my client's dynamic team and showcase your financial expertise on a regional scale.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management Extraordinaire:

• Strategically allocate and optimize company resources with finesse.
• Spearhead revenue growth, exceeding targets and expectations.
• Take charge of cost and project management, ensuring seamless financial operations.

Business Process Guru:

• Maintain precise adherence to established timetables for smooth operations.
• Uphold unwavering commitment to company policies and departmental procedures.
• Navigate financial policies and compliance regulations with expert precision.

Operational Dynamo:

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external financial inquiries and processes.
• Oversee the fixed asset register, ensuring regional accuracy.
• Review and confidently approve purchase orders and invoices within the region.
• Embrace flexibility by assisting management with ad-hoc duties.

Project Management Prodigy:

• Safeguard project budgets, requiring customer purchase orders.
• Champion the entire project lifecycle, from invoicing to successful sign-off.
• Regularly review ongoing projects, ensuring complete billing and providing insightful analysis.
• Maintain vigilance over open sales orders, ensuring prompt billing and tracking work in progress days.
• Safeguard project documentation, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company policies.

Creditors and Payments Connoisseur:

• Take charge of reviewing and approving purchase orders and invoices.
• Conduct diligent follow-ups for approvals within the region.
• Meticulously review creditor reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate expense allocations and compile comprehensive creditors remittances.

Stock and Procurement Proponent:

• Advocate for the correct allocation of all expenses in stock and procurement.

Fleet Management Expert:

• Maintain precise fleet allocations in each region.
• Reconcile fleet charges from head office to regional driver numbers.

Debtors and Invoicing Maestro:

• Keep the project invoicing forecast report accurate and up-to-date.
• Ensure sales invoices are compiled within customer timelines.
• Tackle debtors head-on, minimizing debtors days.
• Lead the charge in billing cut-offs, always meeting deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience Needed:

• BCom Degree in accounting.
• Non-negotiable project management experience.
• Proficiency in computer packages, particularly Xero and Sage X3.
