Refurbishment Team Leader Salary: Market Related

Purpose of the Role
To plan and execute the refurbishment of rental buildings efficiently, within budget, and in line with agreed standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee refurbishment of rental units to meet time, cost, and quality targets.
• Ensure timely handover of refurbished units to the Transport and Fleet Controller.
• Execute refurbishment plans and track operational efficiency daily and monthly.
• Communicate refurbishment progress and delays to the operations team.
• Complete and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and on time.
• Ensure all team members are trained and signed off on operating procedures.
• Support and motivate the team to perform efficiently.
• Maintain discipline in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor staff attendance, timekeeping, and overtime.
• Supervise the refurbishment team to ensure alignment with company housekeeping standards.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards.
• Conduct and submit all required inspections.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Operations or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role
• Supervisory experience in manufacturing, construction, or rentals
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
• Valid driver's license
