Refrigration Gas Recovery Team Leader Technician

Job Description
Our client, an international gas/chemical production and distribution company, seeks to employ a qualified refrigeration and gas recovery technician, with supervisory or team leader exposure, for their rapid recovery division team in Johannesburg.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a highly specialized role, with refrigeration and/or gas industry specific experience and a valid SAQCC registration.
KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:
- You will have completed Matric, coupled with a qualification/trade in refrigeration and a valid registration with SAQCC and a minimum of 5-10 years working on refrigeration systems, ideally industrial and commercial refrigeration systems.
- You will have experience in refrigeration and related gas recovery, be able to provide technical support to customers and work closely with the engineering teams to resolve customer issues.
- You will have a solid understanding of industry regulations, be up to date of technologies and be able to follow the highest standard of HSE and ISO quality management on customer sites
- You will be professional in your customer interaction, be able to increase sales in refrigerant gases through existing customers and have excellent communication skills, specifically in English
- You will have good organizational skills, be computer literate in MS Office and be customer focused
- You must have a valid driverxe2x80x99s license, own car and a clear criminal and credit record.
