Main Purpose
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet our client's staffing needs. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, managing job postings, and building relationships with both candidates and clients to deliver high-quality hires efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for finding the best talent..
Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Drafting of job advertisements to attract top talent
  • Responding to applicants and managing candidate touchpoints to keep them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process
  • Initial response handling of candidates based on recruitment best practices
  • Coordinating and arranging agency interviews (telephonic, virtual, or in-person) for all candidates, communicating with clients and candidates as appropriate
  • Creating shortlists for clients to conduct interviews from
  • Managing all electronic communication to applicants via our recruitment systems (e.g., Placement Partner)
  • General administration tasks to support the recruitment process
  • Client liaison and relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Business development activities, including:1.Tendering for new business opportunities
  • Conducting client meetings to identify and pursue new sales leads
  • Marketing the agency's services to attract new clients and grow existing relationships
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Minimum Education (desirable)
  • Diploma/degree in Human Resource Management
  • Recruitment certification
  • APSO ISPr (Individual Staffing Professional) Advantage
Minimum Applicable Experience:
  • At least 2-3years' relevant experience in a recruitment environment
Knowledge & Skills Required: (essential)
  • Proven work experience as a recruiter in a recruitment agency environment
  • Solid understanding of full cycle recruiting
  • Experience using various interview formats( phone, virtual, in-person)
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach managing workload/bulk recruitment
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and resume databases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A full 360 recruiter with strong stakeholder management
  • Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • A brand ambassador who will network through to new talent and not rely on conventional sourcing strategies to identify new talent
Knowledge & skills required: (desirable)
  • Ms Suite
  • Pnet, Linkedin recruiter, Career24, Jobmail, Executive placements
  • Fluent in English
  • ATS & recruitment software systems such as placement partner, simplifyHR
