They work alongside private landlords, housing providers, property developers, and international property funds to deliver flexible, long-term property solutions for their clients. Role Overview:
We are looking for a Experienced UK Healthcare Recruitment Specialist, where you will manage the full recruitment cycle for our clients growing workforce. This role involves attracting, hiring, and retaining top-tier talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding. You will collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to meet staffing goals, drive a welcoming workplace culture, and align recruitment practices with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.
Create compelling job descriptions, job postings, and advertising campaigns for open roles.
Source potential candidates through various online platforms, networking, and referrals.
Conduct thorough candidate screening, including resume review, initial interviews, and qualification assessments.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team leads.
Maintain and build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Advise hiring managers on candidate selection and provide regular recruitment updates.
Onboarding:
Ensure a seamless and welcoming onboarding process for new hires.
Prepare and coordinate all onboarding documentation.
Organize and facilitate induction programs to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and expectations.
Assist in setting up workspaces, tools, and access for new hires.
Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period.
Collect feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
Once onboarding is complete, ensure a smooth handover to management.
Collaboration and Compliance:
Collaborate closely with management to align recruitment and onboarding processes with the company's goals.
Ensure all recruitment and onboarding practices comply with relevant employment laws and company policies.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress and effectiveness.
Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes within the healthcare recruitment space.
Disciplinary Support:
Provide guidance and support to management regarding disciplinary procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Maintain neutrality and ensure transparency during the disciplinary process.
Prepare accurate and impartial documentation of the disciplinary process and findings.
Educate staff on disciplinary policies and ensure a professional, fair workplace environment.
Act as a liaison between management and employees involved in disciplinary actions, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
Other Duties:
Provide ongoing input to enhance HR processes, systems, and practices related to recruitment and onboarding.

Experience:
At least 5 years' experience in recruitment within the healthcare sector.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in recruiting for the medical or care support field in the UK.
Previous HR experience, including involvement with recruitment, onboarding, and disciplinary procedures.
Knowledge and understanding of the healthcare support sector, including care for individuals with learning difficulties, mental health needs, and complex care needs.
UK Healthcare Recruitment knowledge essential.
