Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview processes
Promote the company culture and participate in employer branding initiatives
Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Maintain relationships with candidates and build a strong talent network
Qualifications & Skills
Strong understanding of recruitment practices and talent sourcing tools (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong time management abilities
Results-driven and proactive approach to recruitment (preferred)
Ability to build relationships and network effectively
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
