Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join the team. You'll play a key role in sourcing top talent, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a great candidate experience while partnering with hiring managers across the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with Hiring Managers
Understand role requirements and advise on hiring strategies.
Support with job descriptions and interview planning.
2. Talent Sourcing & Advertising
Create engaging job ads and post across multiple platforms.
Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn, referrals, and talent pools.
3. Candidate Screening & Interviews
Review CVs and conduct initial interviews.
Present shortlists and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
4. Offer & Onboarding Support
Manage offers, negotiations, and pre-onboarding communication.
Ensure a smooth handover to the HR team.
Additional Responsibilities
Build and maintain talent pipelines.
Promote the employer brand through recruitment marketing.
Track and report on key hiring metrics.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
4+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management experience
Solid knowledge of recruitment compliance and best practices
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
Able to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously
