• Proactively generate new business by identifying and engaging with clients in the IT and medical sectors.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: client development, candidate sourcing, interviewing, placement, and aftercare.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within client organisations.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through effective sales and networking strategies.
• Collaborate with the internal sourcing team to ensure successful delivery on client requirements.
• Meet monthly activity and revenue targets as outlined by management.
• Represent the brand professionally at industry events and during client presentations.

• Minimum of 3 years of international experience in a 360 role, with a proven track record in IT, tech, product, or design recruitment (permanent or contract).
• Demonstrated success in building and managing a recruitment desk, from prospecting to closing.
• Deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder engagement.
• Must be presentable, articulate, and confident, with the ability to liaise with senior-level professionals and represent the brand at high-profile events.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to thrive independently in a remote setting.
• Access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection.

• R25,000 - R28,000 per month, depending on experience.
