Great opportunity for a Recruitment consultant to join a team within a recruitment agencyDuties: Sourcing of candidates, Screening of candidates and interviewing, Reference checks, Follow ups on CV's submitted, Doing relevant checks, Updating database of clients, scheduling interviews with companies, Relationship building with companiesRequirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as Recruitment consultant or Human Resources
- Self-driven and self-motivated - sales orientated
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms and systems like Pnet, Careers 24 etc.
- Social media skills and advertising skills
- Relationship building and excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Home based office and able to work remotely
