Great opportunity for a Recruitment consultant to join a team within a recruitment agency
Duties: Sourcing of candidates, Screening of candidates and interviewing, Reference checks, Follow ups on CV's submitted, Doing relevant checks, Updating database of clients, scheduling interviews with companies, Relationship building with companies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as Recruitment consultant or Human Resources
- Self-driven and self-motivated - sales orientated
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms and systems like Pnet, Careers 24 etc.
- Social media skills and advertising skills
- Relationship building and excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Home based office and able to work remotely
