ndividual to identify staff for key positions at the company.
Expectations:
Candidate Sourcing:
Identify, attract, and engage top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking.
Full Recruitment Lifecycle:
Manage the entire recruitment process from initial brief to successful placement, including screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer management.
Responsibilities for Recruitment Consultant
Recognize and strive to meet company's hiring needs.
Create and implement recruiting strategies.
Create and post job advertisements.
Search for potential candidates using hiring databases, placement portals and social media.
Assess applications and resumes.
Screen applicants before the interviewing process.
Match applicants to job positions.
Draft KPI's for relevant positions.
Qualifications for Recruitment Consultant
Degree, Diploma, or Qualifications & Experience in Recruitment.
Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
