Develops effective relationships with key stakeholders both within and outside the business and represents the business to relevant outside bodies, institutions and individuals
Travel to brand locations to support building of relationships, provide advice and training, undertake spot checks of candidate files.
Designated Point of Contact for all Compliance queries for respective Divisions, offer advice and guidance, liaise with wider team to find solutions to queries and take ownership to provide feedback. People Management: Developing effective working relationships with direct reports, providing coaching and mentoring to drive high levels of performance.
Provides effective leadership and gives advice and guidance to team when and where necessary, provides the example to be followed by others by creating an open, positive and inclusive atmosphere
Overall responsibility for the Compliance Onboarding team, ensuring resource is allocated appropriately, taking into account workload, demand and service level agreements. Review at regular intervals to ensure effectiveness of the service. Other Duties: Assist with Framework reviews. Communicate key changes in Framework requirements to the Business. Raise awareness and ensure changes are adopted in working practices and processes updated.
