Job Description
I am looking for Group Risk and Compliance Manager for a Mult-National Company based in Umhlanga, Durban. This is a hybrid role, however, the individual is required to live in Durban.
Job and Company Description:
The company is in the Hospitality and Tourism industry and is based in Durban. The company is established and operates in many countries. You will be responsible for overseeing every facet of risk affecting the organisation, including its staff, customers, reputation, assets, and stakeholder interests.
As the Manager you will be responsible for:
- Effectively handle risk domains, encompassing corporate governance, data security, adherence to regulations, insurance, and operational risk.
- Supervise a risk management role that enables and oversees the application of efficient risk management procedures by operational and support units, aiding risk owners in identifying primary risks and communicating sufficient risk-related data across the organization.
- Organize and supervise the Business's adherence to legal and regulatory obligations, and in collaboration with the Group Sustainability Manager, to create, execute, and oversee the Group's ESG management system.
- Manage the Group Legal advisors.
- Budgeting and Financial Management.
- Qualified CA(SA)
- Risk Management experience
- A minimum of 10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a related environment
