Job Summary Matric Higher certificate / Diploma relevant to recruitment 2 years experience in a similar role Strong interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Computer literate (MS Office) Highly organised Strong administrative skills Interview skills Familiar with social media, CV databases and professional networks Deal with walk-in candidates and address any contract queries i.e., indemnities Monitor and manage the online registration process for new recruits Setting up appointments for new recruits Liaise and work with Business Unit Managers to ensure effective interviewing with candidates Interview candidates and determining communication skills Perform reference checks, criminal clearance checks and qualification checks Administer Allied Healthcare Association of South Africa (AHASA) test to candidates Assist with candidate registration pack Verify and ensure Basic Life Support (BLS) qualification / compliance Perform verification of South African Nursing Council (SANC) registration Ensure the Hepatitis compliance of candidates Ensure Indwe compliance of the candidates Accurate loading onto Medzone Submitting candidates file to Supervisor for authorization / sign off once completed Maintain and store all completed files in an organised and easily accessible format Complete Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) registration for Doctors Complete HPCSA registration for Pharmacists Place adverts for temp staff (nurses) Assist new staff with onboarding documentation
