Requirements

  • Recent graduate with degree in Human Resources/Marketing/Industrial and Organisational Psychology or related field required
  • Proven customer service orientation combined with the ability to work well with others, in the office and out
  • Experience using ChatGPT and knowledge thereof advantageous.
  • Experienced in content creation
  • Strong interest in recruitment and/or Human Resources
  • Strong Social Media experience
  • Creativity, initiative, excitement about the possibilities of the CRM/database
  • Tech-Savvy
  • Excellent business analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work with people of varying technical skills
  • Previous experience in an end-user technical support role
  • Quick, analytical thinker
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, and Canva
Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and contributing to the development of complex administrative processes and systems
  • Prioritizing your workload, supporting the Recruitment team and meeting deadlines balancing multiple demands xe2x80x93 you will need good organizational skills
  • Administrative duties including diary management, word processing, general day-to-day creation and management of spreadsheets and databases and general office duties as required
  • Posting content on Social Media
  • Assisting with research on key clients and verticals
  • Ensure all deals are correctly captured onto the CRM platform and information kept up to date
  • Support the Recruitment team by ensuring they have quality, up-to-date material/job ads
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when the Recruitment team is unavailable
  • Answering customer queries and supporting projects
  • Sourcing candidates through the internal database, LinkedIn and social media
  • Prescreening applications, assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
  • Drawing up shortlists of candidates to interview by the Recruitment team
  • Maintain excellent internal communication with clients, candidates and the team
