Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the overall success of our agency.

Job Type: On-site | Full Time

Working Hours: 8: 00 am - 5:00 pm | Monday - Friday

Location: Cape Town

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with degree in Human Resources/Marketing/Industrial and Organisational Psychology or related field required
  • Knowledge and Experience using ChatGPT
  • Strong interest in Recruitment
  • Strong Social Media knowledge
  • Tech-Savvy
  • Proactive and resilient
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, and Canva
Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and contributing to the development of complex administrative processes and systems
  • Prioritising your workload, supporting the Recruitment team and meeting deadlines balancing multiple demands you will need good organisational skills
  • Administrative duties including diary management, word processing, general day-to-day creation and management of spreadsheets and databases and general office duties as required
  • Posting content on Social Media
  • Assisting with research on key clients and verticals
  • Ensure all deals are correctly captured onto the CRM platform and information kept up to date
  • Support the Recruitment team by ensuring they have quality, up-to-date material/job ads
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when the Recruitment team is unavailable
  • Answering customer queries and supporting projects
  • Sourcing candidates through the internal database, LinkedIn and social media
  • Prescreening applications, assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
  • Drawing up shortlists of candidates to interview by the Recruitment team
  • Maintain excellent internal communication with clients, candidates and the team
