Part-time Role for Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Available.
Crescent Star Pty Ltd, a private entity based in Umhlanga, Durban is seeking an experienced individual to identify and source suitable candidates for its positions.
The role would suit an individual on an ad-hoc basis, open to a retainer based opportunity.
You will have experience in the Recruitment Field having placed talent prior in positions on a vast range of skills & qualifications.
The position can be remote based however it is important to understand that there is an on-site requirement to meet at-least once a month at our offices in Umhlanga.
You must be able to suitably identify the needs of the company on consulting with senior individuals, able to understand the skill-set required, draft the required job specification, able to carry out interviews and short-list candidates, independently.
Experience with hiring portals necessary.
