You will play a pivotal role in driving growth by delivering high-quality talent across a variety of technology roles while building and maintaining strong client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
+ Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients within the technology industry.
+ Identify new business opportunities and actively engage in business development to grow client base.
+ Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Full Recruitment Lifecycle:
+ Manage end-to-end recruitment across permanent, contract, and interim tech roles.
+ Source niche candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, headhunting, and referrals.
+ Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure technical and cultural fit.
+ Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them throughout the hiring process.
+ Negotiate job offers and close placements effectively.
Market & Talent Insights:
+ Stay up to date with the latest tech market trends, emerging skills, and competitor activities.
+ Advise clients on talent availability, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies.
Recruitment Operations:
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients and candidates in the database
+ Deliver against KPIs and targets related to business development, placements, and revenue.
+ Contribute to employer branding initiatives by representing the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking sessions.
Skills & Competencies
Proven experience as a
360 recruiter
or full-cycle recruiter, ideally within the
technology sector
.
Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
Demonstrated ability to source niche and hard-to-find tech talent in competitive markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Commercially driven with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficient with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
A minimum of
3+ years' experience
in full-cycle recruitment, with at least
2 years in tech recruitment
.
Strong understanding of technology roles, skills, and trends (e.g., software development, cloud, DevOps, data,).
