Receptionists / Night Auditors

to join our 24-hour front desk team.
We are building a modern, professional, and secure hospitality environment, and we need reliable, detail-oriented people to help us deliver excellent guest service around the clock.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and check in guests with warmth and professionalism Handle reservations, walk-ins, and record all guest information accurately Process payments using the speed point and issue receipts immediately Keep track of walk-in guests and payments to prevent errors or losses Communicate with housekeeping and management teams Monitor property access and report any unusual activity Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready reception area Perform nightly cash balancing and record keeping

Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification Experience in

hospitality, reception, or customer service

preferred Fluent in

English

(additional languages an advantage)

Honest, reliable, and well-presented

Confident using

speed point / POS systems

Willing to work

night, weekend, and public holiday shifts

Basic computer, WhatsApp, or email communication skills

Working Hours

Rotational shifts:

Morning:

06h00-14h00

Afternoon:

14h00-22h00

Night:

22h00-06h00
