Are you a detail-oriented hospitality professional with a passion for accuracy and guest service? A luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Cape Towns City Bowl is seeking a reliable and service-driven Night Auditor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the front desk during overnight shifts, ensuring smooth and secure hotel operations.
- Perform nightly audits of guest accounts and prepare accurate financial reports.
- Handle late check-ins and early check-outs, maintaining a warm and professional welcome at all hours.
- Respond to guest queries and assist with any urgent requests during the night.
- Monitor hotel security and ensure guest safety protocols are followed.
- Prepare for the following days operations, including coordinating with housekeeping and breakfast service teams.
- Previous night auditor or hotel front office experience in a 5-star environment.
- Strong numerical and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with property management systems and night audit procedures.
- Ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and maintain excellent guest service.
- Professional, well-groomed, and discreet with excellent communication skills.
