As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in representing the brand's elegance and service standards. This position requires someone who is poised, confident, and genuinely enjoys engaging with guests from around the world. Key Responsibilities: Warmly welcome and check in guests in accordance with the property's service standards Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs accurately and efficiently Provide concierge-style assistance with restaurant bookings, transfers, and guest requests Handle emails, calls, and guest correspondence in a professional and timely manner Maintain excellent communication between departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Uphold the brand's luxury image through immaculate grooming, attention to detail, and exceptional hospitality Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Agent in a 4-5-star hospitality environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and confident interpersonal manner Strong organizational and administrative abilities Experience using hotel management or booking systems (Opera, Protel, or similar) A positive attitude and ability to remain composed under pressure Must be based in or able to commute to the Atlantic Seaboard
