The ideal candidate will have a warm, engaging personality and a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences in a refined hospitality environment.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and all front office procedures efficiently.
- Handle reservations, confirmations, and guest correspondence.
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
- Liaise with all departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with concierge services, including transfers, special requests, and activity coordination.
- Uphold the propertys high standards of presentation, service, and discretion
- Minimum 5 years experience in a 5-star hospitality environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in guest relations and reservations administration.
- Familiarity with Benson or similar property management systems is advantageous.
- Highly trustworthy, reliable, and attuned to detail.
- A team player with a polished and professional approach.
