A well-established company is looking to employ a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist / Filing Clerk to join their team. This is a general administrative role suited to someone who is organised, efficient, and able to manage filing systems and general office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurate filing and maintenance of physical and digital documents
General administrative duties and support to the office team
Capturing, updating, and maintaining data and records
Handling correspondence and document control
Ad hoc administrative support as required * Attending marketing events as needed
Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) is essential
Previous experience in an administrative or filing position is advantageous
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:00
Remuneration: R5 500 - R7 000 per month (depending on experience)
