Job Title: Acquisition Specialist

Compensation: $7 USD (R 125) /hr + 2% commission per deal closed

What You'll Do:

As an Acquisition Specialist, you'll be the voice of our company--building trust with homeowners and helping them through their unique situations. Your role is to connect, listen, educate, and negotiate deals that benefit both the seller and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and qualify motivated seller leads from our marketing sources (cold calling, SMS, online ads, SEO, etc.)

Build rapport and understand sellers' needs and motivations

Evaluate properties using internal tools, comps, and condition assessments

Make offers confidently and guide sellers through the contract process

Follow up consistently to convert warm leads into signed agreements

Log and manage communications through our CRM system

Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth acquisition-to-disposition process
