Raw Material Stores Controller
Job Description
RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced RAW MATERIALS STORES CONTROLLER for a large concern, position based in Howick, KwaZulu-Natal.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Valid drivers license and own vehicle.
Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
Experience in (compound) manufacturing.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Working knowledge on AccPacc programme.
Co-ordinate and expedite movement of materials between departments.
Liaising with production, planning, and procurement department on stock outs.
Creating storage system for inventory that is orderly, accessible and include identifying information.
Training supervision and control of stores personnel.
Ensuring good housekeeping, safety and security in the store including doing rack checks, safety meeting and management walk about.
Responsible for accurate filling of documents.
Update and report on late deliveries.
Reporting on supplier evaluation.
Reporting on monthly output and services to production department.
Reporting on supplier performances and late suppliers.
Updating and maintaining consignment stock.
Knowledge of raw materials.
