Job Description

We are seeking a capable Raw Material Clerk.
Location: Kempton Park
Salary: R15,000 TCTC per month
Purpose: Responsible for ensuring efficient daily handling of Raw Material into the factory and daily handling of Raw Materials in terms of receiving and issuing stock to production/manufacturing tea
Key Responsobilities:

• Reconciling of incoming Wadding against Pos and Bin transfers
• Reporting of exceptions of the above recon - Reels not scanned from truck, report via mail to the relevant parties.
• Emanating from above, ensure reels are then manually scanned to update the system for balancing with Rigger.
• Monitoring of CCTV cameras to double check issues and returns from machines.
• Daily morning printout of all scanned Jumbos from Production lines for verification
• Do a reference check with production against all Jumbos scanned/not scanned to machines
• Storing Raw Material stock - Ensure that all stock is neatly and safely stacked and put away in the allocated area
• Report these exceptions from above with the relevant reasons and personnel responsible for not scanning.
• Checking production plans to ensure all pallet requirements are achieved.
• Gas Monitoring - Ensure gas supplies are sufficient for production
• Pallet control - Ensure sufficient pallets are available for production
• Support material handlers, if they post " capture issues" on the group.
• Complete mass balance report daily (RECONCILIATION CONFIRMATION), OF INCOMING Jumbo's from rigger.
• Update Jumbo Pos for stock shipment from Rigger
• Update PO receipts from Stella manufacturing
• Ordering of Waste / Plastic / Cardboard (K4) bales, collections (Trucks)

Qualifications/Skills and Experince:

• Grade12 (Matric)
• 2-4 years in warehouse / Distribution / production clerk
• Stock control, receiving and dispatching goods
