Job Description
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Cape Town R35 000 Negotiable
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects related to cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control throughout the entire project lifecycle. Working closely with the project team, you will contribute to the successful completion of various construction and development projects in Cape Town.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction industry.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in the use of quantity surveying software and MS Office applications.
A proactive and organized approach to work, capable of meeting tight deadlines.
Possession of a valid driver's license and access to own transport for site visits.
A team player who can also work independently, taking ownership of assigned tasks.
