TELESALES CONSULTANT - RECRUITMENT SERVICES - Table View, Cape Town - R12 000 -14 000 pm

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Telesales Consultant/Cold Caller to join our dynamic team and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and effective cold-calling techniques.

Job Summary: As a Telesales Consultant/Cold Caller, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base by identifying and engaging potential clients through outbound calls. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business leads and secure appointments for our recruitment consultants. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanour, and a passion for achieving targets.

You will need to be tech-savvy and have exposure to CRMs, and Applicant Tracking Systems and be proficient on LinkedIn.

Must be set up to work from home. Must have Recruitment Experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive outbound calls to targeted prospects with the aim of generating new business leads.
  • Research and identify potential clients in specific industries or geographical areas to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Introduce our recruitment services, explain our value proposition, and effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with our company.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their staffing needs, pain points, and challenges.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our recruitment services, industry trends, and market dynamics to effectively address client inquiries.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by consistently identifying and tracking potential opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and document client interactions, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to schedule appointments and facilitate the handover of qualified leads.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
10. Stay updated on industry developments and trends to position our recruitment solutions and stay ahead of competitors effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in telesales, cold calling, or a similar outbound sales role.
  • Experience in the Recruitment industry would be preferable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to effectively communicate the value of our services.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail in managing a high volume of calls and client interactions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to manage client interactions and track sales activities.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry or experience within the staffing industry would be advantageous.
