Quality Supervisor – (electrical & Injection Moulding) Manufacturing
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise QC operations across moulding and assembly lines.
Ensure compliance with SABS, IEC & ISO 9001:2015.
Conduct in-process and final product inspections.
Lead and train quality inspectors; perform audits and CAPA.
Collaborate with production to reduce defects and improve quality.
Maintain calibration and inspection records.
Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S, Lean).
Requirements:
National Diploma in Quality or related field.
5 years or more QC or supervisory experience in electrical/plastics manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 & SABS standards.
Skilled in root cause analysis & CAPA.
Proficient in MS Office & QMS systems.
