Job Description
Job Summary Requirements: Matric Certificate. Experience in the Food and Beverage Retail sector Tertiary education in Quality Assurance or Food Processing or bachelors degree in food science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field. 1-3 years prior experience in FMCG retail operations Strong understanding of food safety regulations and industry standards. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Bilingual (Afrikaans and English). Drivers License is essential. Responsibilities: Conduct quality assurance on products and machinery Ensure adherence to Health and Safety protocols in stores. Maintain and service equipment, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and ensure quality control. Advice on improvement areas. Monitor new implementation of coffee machine with retailers. Reporting and propose improvements in the operational process of new ideas. Proposing new solutions in all areas of supermarket.
