Quality Control Officer
Job Description
Quality Control Officer with Mining / Engineering industry experience required based in Northam, Limpopo for a short-term contract / project. Accommodation and 3 meals per day supplied. Must be available immediately and willing to stay in Northam for the duration of the contract Requirements:
Must have Matric
Must have 3+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience as a Site QA / QC Officer for SMPP
Welding Inspection Certification xe2x80x93 Advantage
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Must have valid driver's license
Must be computer literate in MS Office and MS Project
Must be able to obtain Medical Certificate of Fitness
MUST have ORIGINAL ID document (SA Citizen)
Must be available IMMEDIATELY
Must be fully vaccinated
Must have a CLEAR criminal record Duties:
Must be able to draw up QCxe2x80x99s for the project
Generate weekly QC Status Reports
Maintain the QC Register
Generate Site Engineering Queries
Generate Change Requests Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Part-time hours: 40 per week Salary: R20,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Thabazimbi, Limpopo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Site QA/QC for SMPP: 3 years (Required)
