Job Description
Quality Manager
Location: Gauteng
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain quality systems and procedures
- Lead and train the Quality team; provide ongoing support
- Oversee daily plant-level Quality Department activities
- Lead internal audits and coordinate corrective actions
- Respond to customer concerns and drive preventative actions
- Determine and report on KPI performance metrics
- Support new program launches with training and floor awareness
- Coordinate material review and address supplier performance
- Utilize Microsoft applications for reporting and analysis
- Apply IATF, APQP, PPAP, and FMEA systems and standards
- 5+ years in Quality Management
- 5+ years in the Automotive industry
- Post-secondary qualification required
