Quality Control Manager Automotive Manufacturing
Robertsham, Johannesburg
Purpose:
Lead, implement, and maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality systems at JMP. Drive continuous improvement and ensure regular audits, compliance, and reporting per ISO standards.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor QC systems and ISO 9001:2015
- Conduct QMS audits and Management Review Meetings
- Prepare monthly quality reports and updates
- Ensure timely order deliveries per quality objectives
- Oversee patrol, FPA, and LPA inspections for compliance
- Deliver quality-related training to staff
- Leadership and teamwork
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Organizational and persuasive skills
- High sense of responsibility
- Matric and relevant tertiary qualification (B-Tech, TQM preferred)
- ISO 9001:2015 audit and implementation experience
- Advanced automotive QC systems knowledge
- OHS qualification an advantage
