Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage quality inspection processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
Perform detailed inspections and approve rework using platforms such as Matis and Jira.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure quality standards are met.
Mentor and supervise inspection staff, ensuring consistent application of quality practices.
Maintain audit readiness and support both internal and external audits.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in quality inspection, including rework approval using Matis and Jira.
Strong knowledge and practical experience with ISO 9001 standards.
Proven ability to manage inspection teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
