The Quality Assurer is responsible for reviewing and auditing telephone and/or email and chat interactions. The assurer will also be responsible for facilitating coaching sessions, calibration/group sessions regarding our quality programs, weekly TM catch ups and general feedback of findings. Participating in internal/external calibrations.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Matric,
12 months international voice and non-voice auditing experience of live chat and emails.
Preferred experience in monitoring Financial Service products as well as International Retail Experience
Excellent written communication (English)
Attention to detail
Navigation of multiple systems
Office and office apps knowledge and utilisation is a must
