Job brief



We are looking for lead generation verification officers to assess calls for our clients who are leading financial services brands in the Insurance sector. Therefore your commitment to quality and accuracy is essential for the role.

What Does a Verification Officer Do?



A verification officer is a person who assess the calls of our leads generators and insures that the potential customer has agreed to be called by the relevant Financial Services Provider and passes the lead to them. In addition the verification officers ensures that the client qualifies for the product in terms of our client brief and that the lead adheres to company rules, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities



Listen to calls and ensure that the required call assessment standards are met; Ensuring that verification queues are consistently monitored and attended to; Maintain that each potential customer lead meets the required call quality standards. Ensuring that the potential customer meets the minimum qualifying criteria, Pend, caution or pass the lead based on the campaign rules, Identify trends and report to the line manager for resolution, Update the system based on the outcome for the potential customer, Adhere to POPIA legislation, Ensure that daily verification target met and exceeded. Ensure all company rules, policies and procedures are adhered to in terms of call quality.

Required Skills



Must have exceptional listening and communication skills; Must be able to apply rules to the call listened to; Accurate typing skills; Detail oriented person; Must have basic MS office knowledge; Ensure calls meets required call quality standards; Must possess good time management and organizational skills; Proficient at the English language. Ability to identify various trends and communicate to the various stakeholders 1 year experience as a Quality Assessor or Verification Officer Matric
