Job Description


Position Overview:
As a Quality Control Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our quality control processes. You will be responsible for establishing and implementing quality standards, overseeing inspections and testing procedures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise and leadership will ensure that our products consistently meet the highest levels of quality and reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Establish and maintain quality documentation, including inspection plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality records.
  • Lead a team of quality control professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality-related issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
  • Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes and facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, generating reports and presenting findings to senior management.
  • Manage non-conforming materials and initiate corrective actions to address quality issues.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements, recommending and implementing appropriate changes to quality control processes.
  • Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management).
  • Proven experience in quality control management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control).
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA regulations).
  • Experience in leading and managing a team, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey quality-related concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
