THE ROLE
Busy Call Centre focused on Bookings in the Consumer Health Services Sector requires the services of a QA and Sales Coach all-rounder. You would be required to:
Improve service quality and first call resolution Improve booking conversion rate Pivot from providing information to generating sales Listen to and score interactions (Quality Scoring) Assist with scripting Agent Coaching Assist with Scorecards Instill a sales culture
Successful incumbent would be reporting to the Contact Centre Manager and work closely with an existing team of supervisors.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Pro-choice National Senior certificate graduate (Matric) Sales Team Leader experience (required) QA and assessment experience Sales coaching
WORKING HOURS
Monday - Friday
07:30 to 18:00
Saturday: 08:00 to 13:00 (WFH)
