Job Description

Purchasing Assistant for a busy Buying department - Finished Goods, Engineering and some raw material
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Matric qualification.
  • A certificate or Diploma in Business Administration is highly advantageous.
  • 3-5 years administrative experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally involving international suppliers.
  • Experience purchasing finished goods, not raw materials.
  • Familiarity with import processes and supplier comms across time zones.
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and task ownership.
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills; Syspro or similar ERP is a plus.
  • Confident communicator with internal teams (Sales, QC, Logistics) and external partners.
  • Syspro experience is a bonus.
