Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive property management plans for the portfolio.
• Monitor property performance, financial metrics, and occupancy rates to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, and local authorities.
• Negotiate lease agreements and renewals, ensuring favourable terms for the organisation.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure management for all properties in the portfolio.
• Research and analyse market trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

• Proven experience as a property portfolio manager or similar role with a strong real estate background.
• In-depth knowledge of property management principles, real estate markets, and investment strategies.
• Exceptional analytical and financial management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in property management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
