Job Description
- Matric minimum
- A relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
- MIN 5 years exposure to the Property Management environment where you have assisted in managing complexes (ie Body Corporates and Homeowners Assocsetc)
- Good Financial acumen essential ie able to deal with levy collection, recons and oversee debtors etc
- Advanced Excel
- Good client liaison skills
- Able to take minutes of meetings
