South Africa - Gauteng, Johannesburg - North (Sandton / Midrand / Diepsloot)
R 400000 - R 480000 Annually (Negotiable)
Our well established property client seeks a strong Property specialist to manage the financial, legal and regulatory aspects for their complexes and owners.
- Matric minimum
- A relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
- MIN 5 years exposure to the Property Management environment where you have assisted in managing complexes (ie Body Corporates and Homeowners Assocsetc)
- Good Financial acumen essential ie able to deal with levy collection, recons and oversee debtors etc
- Advanced Excel
- Good client liaison skills
- Able to take minutes of meetings
